How ZuZu Reversed Her Own Epilepsy Through Food

ZuZu's entire career traces back to a decision she made in her early 20s — she didn't want to be on three medications for epilepsy, so she changed what she ate. Within about three months, her seizures were gone, and she's been seizure-free for over 35 years.

The 4 Electrical Systems in Your Body

Most people know the body runs on electricity, but ZuZu breaks it down in a way that actually makes sense of why so many symptoms persist despite treatment. There are four distinct electrical systems, and if any one of them is disrupted, nothing downstream works properly.

  • Spinal nerves: 31 sets of nerves run down the spinal column and deliver information to organs, glands, and tissues — a subluxation anywhere along that path cuts off the signal
  • Cranial nerves: located in the brain, these govern the eyes, ears, nose, and the limbic system
  • Vagus nerve: the "vagabond nerve" that travels through all the major organs — and ZuZu says it is currently under serious attack
  • Meridians: the basis of 5,000 years of acupuncture practice — she considers acupuncture one of the most important health interventions a person can receive
  • If a nerve is pinched to the thyroid, no medication will restore T4 production — the electrical connection has to be addressed first
  • Needleless acupuncture (using a device called the Dolphin) uses microcurrent to open meridians and can remove scarring in as few as two sessions

EMFs, Smart Meters, and What You Can Actually Do Right Now

ZuZu has been teaching EMF mitigation for decades, and she uses a simple framework called TDSN — time, distance, shielding, and nutrition. She offers very concrete steps most people can start on immediately without overhauling their lives.

  • Smart meters are 100 times more dangerous than your cell phone — call your electric company and request an analog meter be reinstalled
  • Turn off your Wi-Fi at night — put it on a timer if you don't want to think about it
  • Use shielding: metal barriers between you and high-EMF sources can significantly reduce exposure
  • Chlorella helps build a stronger cellular wall, making cells more resistant to EMF damage
  • Nascent iodine helps rebuild iodine reserves that get depleted by prolonged EMF exposure
  • EMFs amplify mold, Candida, and cancer in the body — research shows cancer cells can grow dramatically faster when exposed to pulsing technology

ZuZu's approach to chronic illness always comes back to minerals. She believes 100% of disease traces back to some form of mineral deficiency — and the reason is simple: minerals are what conduct electricity in the body.

  • Asking "what changed in your environment when symptoms started?" is one of the most powerful diagnostic questions she uses — new carpet, furniture, drywall, or a new home can all be sources
